We are live at the Opening Ceremonys Arena, sitting in our seats ready for the show. This stadium fits 85000 people and is filling up very quickly. At the top of the stadium are flags from all of the countries. The main stage looks like its from the English country side. There is a small cottage, a bridge, flowers, a garden, and a big water wheel. We have no idea what the Ceremony has in store for us but a volunteer just pasted around some 3D glasses and a program with loads of celebrates that are performing.
I am going to watch the opening ceremonies on TV tonight maybe we'll see you!! :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great time!

Unfortunately they didn't show people at the Opening Ceremony's. But thank you so much for reading the blog.
DeleteIs ther anything I should talk more about?
Hi Sarah Alice and Janie,
ReplyDeleteIt is so much fun reading your blog! Great job!!
I loved hearing about Paris. Did you ever get to
Musee d'Orsay? I'm visualizing you at the Opening Ceremonies. I love that you have already blogged as you are sitting there waiting for them to begin! I guess it's not necessary to say
"Have fun!" You obviously will!!!
Love,
Aunt Priscilla
Hi Aunt Prisilla,
DeleteSadly we didn't go to any Musems because it was over 100 degrees and the line was two hours long. I am glad you like the posts is there anything else we should add?
We are watching the opening ceremonies, and they are really mind-boggling. We are getting a lot of information over tv interpreting what is happening. Do you get that background as well? Like the Industrial Revolution and other historical representations? Can't even imagine the wonder and the excitement.
