Live from the aquatics center!!!

As we speak we are watching the finals for swimming. The USA has already won two medals. Dana Volcome won a gold and brendan hansen who won the bronze. The aquatic center is a beautiful building holding the swimming pool and the diving pool. We have seen both semi finals and final which are extremely exciting. During Dana Volcome's ceremony the united states anthem was played and our flag was raised high into the sky. We have watch swimmers compleat in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. There is lots more to come so stay tuned.

    Sarah Alice and Janie--

Thanks so much for your on-the-scene reporting. It adds to the enjoyment as we watch hours of Olympics coverage.

We'll see whether this message goes through. I've tried many unsuccessfully (and heard that Priscilla was having trouble too). I updated my browser---or maybe the Olympics blogspot is overloaded.

Anyway, the memories you are making will last a lifetime. Keep on having a great time!

    Love,

    Hi Janie and Sarah Alice,
I'm trying again to post a comment to your wonderful blog!
Steve and I are at the cabin with Angie and Seth. Last night when
I was writing you, the mice started having a party in the kitchen.
One was caught in the mouse trap that Seth took care of. Then, when everyone else went to bed and I was trying to write you, there was all this noise in the kitchen. I got freaked out and retreated to the guest cabin before finishing my post. I hate that
mice live in the cabin with us!!!!!

It's so much fun to be watching the Olympics and reading your on-the-spot commentaries. Can you post another picture of the two of you?
    Love,
    Aunt Priscilla
